Built to a Tee Construction
Building For the Future, Today
We are one of BC’s leading construction and project management teams focusing on building with the newest technologies to meet BC’s energy step code. Insulated concrete forms (ICF) and structural insulated panels (SIP) are two technologies we use to build higher energy efficient homes that meet BC’s 2032 net-zero goals.
CEO Thomas Juhasz brings decades of experience to the province after studying carpentry in the Netherlands, where net zero construction techniques and building materials are setting new boundaries in nature-sensitive design. Thomas has been building homes for over 35 years and is well known by industry peers for his commitment to customers and delivering the highest quality workmanship possible.

Are you ready for the future?
From custom homes to home additions, we work with you to bring your environmental targets to reality. We work with architects, geo engineers, and other professionals as needed so you are not restricted in home design vs energy efficiency.
Insulated Concrete Forms
Building with ICF delivers energy efficiency for an airtight structure and zero thermal bridging to meet net-zero energy requirements. Placed on each side of the concrete wall to create a quiet draft-free home, ICF are 100% rot and mold/mildew resistant. They are 30% stronger than conventionally formed concrete for disaster performance and fast installation speed.
